If you’re into reality TV shows, chances are you’ve seen The Biggest Loser Show at least once. This show has swept the Nation and the World. Now many countries have their own version of The Biggest Loser. This show has become very popular in countries like Australia, India and Great Briton.

It starts out with the Contestants being put on a Ranch somewhere in California along with two trainers. Then during their 3 to 4 month stay, the Contestants compete for prizes and to see who can lose the most weight. Of course, they’re broken into two teams. Each trainer has their own team.

The Biggest Loser Show has inspired many people who never thought they had a chance to become healthy to get up and start dropping the excess weight. This has simply amazed many people and turned them into weekly watchers as well as regulars down at the gym.

I’ve watched this show ever since it came on and I’ve learned a lot about losing weight and becoming healthy. Not only that, I’ve stuck to a routine very similar to the one on The Biggest Loser Show and I have lost over 60 pounds, from home and without a trainer!

So here are a few weight loss tips I’ve picked up along the way. First off, you need to be drinking a lot of water. Not only does it fill you up, but it helps flush toxins and fat cells out of your body. Plus, it can boost your metabolism which will help you burn more calories.

Secondly, you should be eating smaller meals or snacks more often. I went from eating two to three big meals a day to eating five and 6 smaller, healthier meals. This has really boosted my weight loss.

Keep a food diary. I didn’t realize how important this was until I actually started doing it. Not only did I see almost immediate results, it helped me keep within my target range of calories each day. This is a very important tip and one that will keep you honest about your diet.

Extend your fat burning portion of your workout. Most of us know that our bodies will get into a fat burning mode during cardio exercises. The problem is that most of us don’t do enough cardio or don’t do them properly for fat loss. The Biggest Loser Show taught me how to do it right and maximize my fat burning efforts.

The Biggest Loser show has helped many people who thought they couldn’t lose weight achieve their goal and become thin. If you’re overweight and looking for a sure fire way to lose the weight, look into picking up some tips from The Biggest Loser show.
