Obesity is the plague of the 21st century having never been obese it is a little difficult to properly cover this problem. How can you be an expert if you have never suffered the disease. And you can bet that obesity is a disease, although many people will tell you it is the Overweight persons fault

Dieting will cause your body to store fat for times of need which is exactly why you started your diet in the first place. Also a sure way to fail in a new weight loss regime is to have a shotgun approach.

Many experts trumpet Loosing Weight with Targeted Goals and developing a systematic approach to your weight loss. By systematic we mean getting a system and sticking to it. When combined with targeted goals and a systematic approach your weight will fall off.

Making you target achievable, is the best way to be successful if you set your target to high you will not be able to achieve and will always be behind the ball. So set you first goal small and work your way up. If your doctor says 5% and you weigh 200 pounds your target will be 10 pounds. Which is well and truly achievable.

Firstly if you are weak willed and need some help to get up in the morning get yourself a dog. A dog will wait for you every morning and will give you a guilty look if you forget. Many times you may not want to go because its to cold or 2 wet but if you have a pet then, you have motivation to go.

A quick trip to your local GP will help you find your weight and access a correct goal for Successful Weight Loss, one that isn’t over board, or even too little. The fact is your doctor will know the facts and armed with this information, you can successfully attack your goal.

A weight loss goal should be a written goal, and it should be an exact goal to translate your desired goal to a specific amount. Aim for a target say 70 kg or 150 pounds. And go for it. When you reach your target reward yourself.

Never Diet alone always make your Weight Loss Goal a combination of diet and exercise. By diet we don’t mean a reduction if food we mean a change of food. The quality of the food or the amount of fat in the food makes a huge difference to any weight loss goals.

Successful Weight Loss is all about setting sensible goals and sticking to them and achieving success by using a combined method of diet and exercise. Remembering that a successful diet is not so much fresh food only but, non processed foods, low in fat. Stay away from battered and fried foods and you will be successful beyond your dreams.
