What they do not realize though is that a diet alone with no exercise will cause you to lose weight by lose muscle mass. The fat will stay intact and will begin to bulge out as your muscle contracts and cellulite is born. Dividing up the calorie deficit will be easier on you because you will only be cutting back a little on food and thus will not be left feeling hungry. Hunger is the main cause for most diet failures, so avoiding hunger can be critical to your weight loss success. If you want to lose weight and get rid of your cellulite faster, you can increase your daily calorie loss to 1000 calories, 500 from eating less and 500 from exercise. Cutting back more than this is not advised as it can cause health problems.

Most people hate the thought of exercising and would rather lose the extra weight by just dieting. This can make your dieting harder because you will have to eat 1000 fewer calories per day if you want to lose 2 pounds a week and this will leave you very hungry. This will also make the appearance of your cellulite much worse. This is because a diet alone causes your body to lose the weight in your muscles. Your muscles therefore retract and you will see your skin drooping and not see your skin tightening, but your fat will remain the same. This is how cellulite is formed. Losing weight through diet alone is not a very wise idea because it leaves you hungry with some ugly looking cellulite.

Feeling hungry 100% of the time and gaining ugly cellulite is something that nobody wants. The only true way to avoid this and to rid cellulite from your body is to establish a daily exercising routine into your schedule in addition to a diet. You should set an exercising goal to increase your metabolism by 8% to 25% more that what it is right now. The best exercise routine to help you reach this goal is a cardio workout.

A cardio workout is the best way for you to raise your heart rate and lose that extra body weight, using up your stored fat deposits. When you heart rate increases, it will increase your metabolism as well which will make your body use more energy. In order for your body to keep providing you that energy, it will look to your fat deposits to use as an energy fuel. Cardio workouts are the best way to lose weight and get rid of your cellulite at the same time. Some good cardio exercises are tae-bo, walking, swimming, running, aerobics and jogging.

If you want to learn how to lose pounds and rid cellulite from your body, then you need to start working out more rather than trying to lose that weight through diet alone. Without exercise, a diet alone will only help you shed pounds by burning away the muscles which then makes your cellulite stand out more. To lose weight effectively, you will need to start a cardio work out routine, which will help increase your metabolism and burn away your fat tissue.
