Hair loss in the old days are known to be a problem for men alone. But as time passes by and stress gets to be too much day by day, both men and women now suffer from the problem of hair loss nowadays.

The primary reason why some people suffer from hair loss or what is called as alopecia is genetics. If you would take the time to notice in families, if the parents are suffering from hair loss, it is most likely that their kids or one of them would suffer from such condition. Lack of vitamins is another leading reason.

There are vitamins that are very essential in growing healthy hair. Poor diet plus stress can be very detrimental for the scalp and make hair fall possible. Whole grains should also be included in the diet.

Vitamin B: This is a good vitamin recommended by physicians that can promote hair growth. The food that you have to include in your diet in order to get abundant source of this vitamin are milk, meats, eggs, turkey, fruits and whole grains.

Vitamin C: Not only a good help in treating colds but also in promoting and maintaining healthy skin and hair. The sources of this vitamin are citrus fruits, tomatoes, and strawberries. These are fruits that are recommended for you to have daily for improved health as well.

Taking in these vitamins will not only keep your body healthy but also maintain a healthy skin, scalp and hair. You will now have an easy and affordable way of keeping hair loss from being a problem in your life. Keep in mind that we already have a lot of pollutants these days and it would be better to keep our body and scalp healthy to avoid hair loss.
