A growing number of people are looking towards alternative medicine for staying healthy with the ever-increasing pace of daily lives rushing swiftly than ever before, lives become more and more stressful and worries lowering our life expectancy. The doctor’s advice was considered final and people believed completely in doctors. But due to increased awareness and availability of alternative medicines, people are shifting towards them as they no longer want to suffer painful side effects of drugs.

The western world has defined alternative medicine as any type of healing practice that is not within the sphere of conventional medicine.
