Want to get rid of your asthma and allergy problems?

Millions of people in the U.S. alone have allergies or asthma and are exposed to triggers on a daily basis. Some allergy sufferers are aware of what causes their allergy or asthma symptoms however others are left completely clueless as to what is causing them to sneeze, itch and cough. Even if you are unaware of what causes your allergy symptoms there are some precautions you can take to help prevent future symptoms from occurring. By eliminating some common triggers from the house, you may be able to virtually eliminate symptoms when in your home! I will now go through some common triggers that may be causing your asthma or allergy symptoms.

Tobacco Smoke - Smoking should not be allowed in the home. When somebody smokes in the house, they are affecting health of themselves and the others in the house. Smoke particles are very fine and can trigger asthma symptoms and irreversible damage to the lungs. If somebody in your house does smoke you should ask that person to smoke outside, so they do not affect the others residing in the household.

Other types of Smoke - Due to the small particle size of smoke, it can be a cause of adverse reactions, whether it is wood smoke or tobacco smoke. When exposed to wood smoke various people experience the symptoms of asthma such as coughing and teary eyes. By removing all smoke from your life you may find that smoke is the cause of your asthma symptoms.

Paul the Parakeet - All pets’ even birds create what is known as pet dander. Pet dander creates allergenic problems, not the actual pet itself. Removing the pet from your house will not immediately remove symptoms of allergies from the house, because the pet dander the pet leaves behind will stay for months after the pet has left.

Controlling Pet Dander in your House - Here are some tips to remove pet dander from your household. Giving your pet a bath every week will have a tremendous impact on the amount of pet dander found around the house and severely cut down the amount allergy-related reactions you experience. It is important to note that just because a pet is labeled “allergy friendly,” does not mean that it is. Any pet with fur can create allergy problems because an animal with fur creates pet dander, the root of allergy problems. You can gain a better night’s sleep by keeping your pet out of your bedroom. By allowing a pet to come into your bedroom, you may experience a restless night due to the pet dander your pet has left behind.

Cockroaches - Cockroaches are disgusting creatures that creep and crawl all around your house. Not only that they may actually be the cause of your asthma symptoms! The tiny pieces of dead roaches and droppings end up in your house dust and eventually in the air you breathe! These droppings and dead pieces may trigger asthma symptoms and cause discomfort. Listed here are just some cases of what may be triggering your asthma and allergy symptoms. By finding the root of your allergy problem whether is tobacco smoke, wood smoke, or cockroaches you will be able to discover a cure for you or a loved one’s condition.
